Did you know that this is Mental Health Week?  We all know the importance of healthy bodies, and we have lots of tips to keep us fit.  This week Mrs. MacLean is sharing ideas and tips on the announcements to help our students think about keeping mentally healthy.  Today the theme was the impact of an hour without power before bedtime…no technology, no video games, no TV!   Many teachers shared the work of Greg Wells with their students.  He has very convincing evidence that shows that this hour without  power leads to better sleep which, in turn, leads to healthier, more alert minds.  This is for kids and adults too!
